While I was at university, I knew I didn’t want to go down the traditional career path of working for someone else. Meanwhile, many of my closest mates went into the trades. Whenever we caught up, I kept hearing the same frustration over and over: “We can handle the work, but we can't handle the admin.”

That stuck with me. Tradespeople already work some of the toughest hours, and the last thing they need is to lose money because of slow responses or messy admin.

So instead of chasing a 9-to-5, I decided to build a solution. LeadMate helps small and medium trade businesses leverage AI and automation to capture more leads, reply instantly across every channel (calls, emails, texts, and DMs), book more jobs, and run more efficiently—without adding extra stress.
